As an On Site Representative at Cubic Defense Company, you will report to the Senior On Site Representative while facilitating operator analysts' training. This role involves coordinating activities, developing standard operating procedures, and directing personnel to achieve training goals. Your expertise in military operations is key to ensuring effective supervision and resource allocation during exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise operator analysts and technical service technicians
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for OAs
• Train OAs and Observer Controller Trainers on CWES/UOTS systems
• Monitor events and provide after-action review products
• Prepare for, initiate, and conduct training exercises in UOTS
Requirements:
• 4-year degree and 2 years experience in military operations
• Familiarity with AAR products and training analysis
• Comfortable using computers and managing multiple systems
• Proof of legal right to work in Canada and security clearance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel internationally
