In this dynamic role, you will prepare architectural drawings, develop permit packages, and coordinate with construction teams. Your ability to detail construction plans and collaborate with various consultants will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Develop detailed plans, elevations, and specifications
• Coordinate effectively with structural and mechanical consultants




• Assist in conceptual design and troubleshoot technical issues
• Conduct site reviews and respond to RFIs

Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods
• Experience in modular, commercial, or residential projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
