This role focuses on developing EHS policies to foster workplace safety and compliance. Implement and monitor environmental and safety procedures while analyzing performance metrics for ongoing improvement. Engage with employees, managers, and safety committees to promote a culture of health and safety across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor health and safety policies
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks
• Analyze data and recommend safety improvements
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and workplace inspections
• Deliver health and safety training to all staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety or related field
• 2-5 years of industry-related experience
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Eagerness to stay updated on EHS regulations
