Mac’s II Agencies seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator based in Coquitlam. You will execute and support lighting projects while working closely with internal teams, manufacturers, and distributors. Your responsibilities include managing project files, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely billing to uphold our high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and submit project drawings for approval
• Review and interpret returned drawings accurately
• Enter and release manufacturer orders efficiently




• Coordinate project billing with accounting department
• Liaise with stakeholders to track and expedite orders

Requirements:
• Energetic and confident problem-solver
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with lighting or electrical environments
