Your day to day
Maximize all conference and banquet opportunities to achieve the optimum departmental revenue.
Adopt proactive measures to fill function space capacity and maximize space and revenue.
Conduct site inspections and tour familiarizations.
Assist in the co-ordination of conference sales/promotional events and activities.
Client facing and customer service expertise, including effective and professional oral and written communication, as well as confident interpersonal interaction.
Monitor local competitors and compare their operation with his/her operation.
Solicits business and follow up on referrals and potential sales leads.
Establish leads and conversion of potential opportunities.
What We Need From You
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field,



with 3 years' related experience.
2 years experience in managing catering sales in a hospitality environment
Demonstrates the ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Problem solving, resourceful and guest centric.
