DIALOG is seeking an Electrical Contract Administrator with a Journeyman Electrician Certificate and over five years of relevant experience. You will oversee project contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications and managing communications among various stakeholders. This role demands technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively resolve conflicts and foster collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage electrical contracts including RFI’s and Change Orders
• Facilitate kickoff and ongoing meetings with contractors and owners




• Monitor construction sites for adherence to contract documents
• Validate progress claims and maintain contract communication
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance

Requirements:
• Journeyman Electrician Certificate with Inter-Provincial Red Seal
• 5+ years of electrical construction experience as a journeyman
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Alberta's National Building Code
• Valid driver's license for site travel
