In this full-time role, you will report to the Director of Early Years & Youth Services. You'll leverage your experience to lead initiatives that ensure high-quality, evidence-informed services while integrating Indigenous teachings. Your leadership will help build relationships within the community, promote career development, and drive continuous quality improvement across programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality assurance and accreditation initiatives
• Develop tools and frameworks to ensure quality
• Coordinate accreditation processes and self-assessments
• Support policy and service improvement planning
• Deliver workshops and training for staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• 5-7 years of experience in program evaluation
• Training in Lean or Six Sigma preferred
• Excellent relationship-building and project management skills
• Strong data management proficiency
