As a Senior Associate Wildlife Biologist at ERM, you will assist in wildlife field programs, contributing valuable ecological assessments and wildlife mitigation strategies for mining and energy projects. Engage with Indigenous communities, regulators, and industry leaders to ensure compliance while promoting sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with wildlife field programs in Western and Northern Canada
• Conduct literature reviews and identify wildlife mitigation strategies
• Support ecological assessments for major projects




• Collaborate with Indigenous communities and stakeholders
• Maintain compliance and technical data reporting standards

Requirements:
• B.Sc. or Technical diploma in Biological Sciences
• 1+ years of wildlife biology or environmental consulting experience
• Participation in wildlife field surveys required
• Knowledge of environmental regulations an asset
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
