Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Comox Valley Seniors Village for a three-month temporary term. Your focus will be on individualized, resident-centered care within a collaborative workplace.
Working for Retirement Concepts and West Coast Seniors Housing Management, you'll support assigned units by assessing needs and developing care plans. Engage with families, physicians, and staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered. You'll play a key role in coordinating care and enhancing residents' daily experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with healthcare professionals for resident care
• Conduct assessments and implement care strategies
• Administer medications per established guidelines




• Record and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Actively participate in staff training and development
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved Practical Nursing program
• Licensed by BCCNM as an LPN
• Hold valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification
• Experience in long-term care is advantageous
• Successful completion of Criminal Record Check
