We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician to enhance our Halifax-based lab serving all of Atlantic Canada. In this position, you will fabricate Essix retainers, operate vacuum forming equipment, and ensure quality through meticulous attention to detail. Your ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Vacuum form splint bases for dental appliances
• Trim and finish vacuum formed pieces to specifications
• Apply powder/liquid build-up to splint bases
• Add buttons and attachments to appliances as required
• Communicate with support for Essix hardware inquiries
Requirements:
• Solid time management and deadline-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail in all tasks
• Proficient dexterity for hands-on work
• Familiarity with dental technician tools preferred
• Ability to collaborate in a team setting
