Become a Controls Engineer at MEDA, focusing on automotive production automation. This 12-month onsite role involves direct engagement with PLCs, robotics, and machine programming.
As a candidate for this position, you must be available for overtime shifts, including weekends. Your hands-on expertise will be instrumental in troubleshooting and enhancing plant automation systems using Factory Information Systems to track progress and implement improvements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide automation processes on the plant floor
• Analyze and troubleshoot PLC and robotics failures
• Update software backups for automation reliability
• Program recent conveyor and gantry installations
• Adapt existing automation setups for engineering changes
Requirements:
• College Technology Diploma in a relevant field
• Experience with electrical schematics and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of robotics and VFD technology
• Minimum of 3 years in Controls Engineering roles
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
