The Company is seeking a Vice President for Construction Operations and Business Development. This executive will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for driving strategic growth, optimizing operations, and leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence, securing new projects, and enhancing client relationships. Key responsibilities include spearheading business development, refining project management systems, overseeing preconstruction and bid preparation, and leading teams to ensure project execution, profitability, and continuous improvement. The role demands a proactive leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for strategic expansion,



and the ability to inspire high performance at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in a general contracting environment, with a proven track record in driving business growth. A robust background in construction methodologies, materials, regulations, and safety standards is essential, as is deep financial acumen and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and improving project profitability. A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Project Management is preferred, and PMP certification is an asset. The role requires a skilled negotiator and relationship builder, capable of managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
