Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the online recognition platform
• Manage iStars recognition celebration processes and communications




• Collaborate on iStar event planning and management
• Serve as the key contact for the CEO's Award nominations
• Organize support for global HR initiatives in Canada
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Confidently handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid data analysis and project planning abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
