Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and growth of major gifts programs
• Assess and pursue new philanthropic opportunities
• Build relationships with corporate partners and community agencies
• Monitor fundraising operations and provide performance reports




• Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and ethics
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in fundraising management
• Demonstrated ability to secure and manage major gifts
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience with fundraising databases like DonorPerfect
• Knowledge of health equity and public health issues
