Join Black & McDonald's Pullman Shared Services team as a Project Analyst located in Scarborough. This role combines analytical skills with project management to drive accurate financial reporting and optimize project costs.

This position reports to the Regional Controller and plays a pivotal role in project accounting. As a Project Analyst, you will analyze costs, organize job cost meetings, and assist with accurate invoicing. Your contributions will ensure effective financial oversight and help the company maintain its leadership in utilities safety construction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze project costs and budget variances
• Organize and facilitate job cost review meetings
• Assist with monthly job forecasts and productivity data entry




• Prepare accurate customer invoices and follow up
• Review and reconcile purchase orders accurately

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 1-3 years' experience in billing or project accounting
• Advanced Excel skills essential
• Familiarity with JD Edwards is an asset
• Robust communication and organizational skills
