Key Responsibilities:
• Develop HR-related learning materials and sessions
• Identify and coordinate training opportunities and events
• Maintain training compliance and records




• Support employee engagement initiatives and Town Halls
• Handle HR communications and updates

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 3+ years of HR experience in a non-profit setting
• Working towards or in possession of CHRP
• Proven experience delivering employee training programs
• Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation
