In this leadership position, you will coordinate millwright personnel, ensuring the safe execution of install, maintenance, and repair projects. Supervising the tasks of journeymen and apprentices, you will manage epoxy grouting, documentation, and precision alignment duties. Flexible positions available: full time permanent or project/T&M.;

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct crews in the execution of millwright operations
• Plan and execute epoxy grouting operations with precision
• Supervise laser shaft alignment processes and documentation




• Ensure equipment installations meet manufacturer specifications
• Promote safety-first culture through meetings and trainings

Requirements:
• Must have Interprovincial Red Seal / Journeyman certification
• Experience managing millwright crews is essential
• Strong hands-on skills in epoxy grouting required
• Knowledgeable in precision maintenance practices
• Relevant safety certifications are beneficial
