Job Title: Propulsion Systems Integrator
Location : Mirabel, QC (Hybrid)
Your role: The Propulsion Systems Integrator is responsible for but not limited to supporting technical Propulsion system related activities for large commercial aircraft. Tasks include technically leading, sustaining and current Propulsion systems design developments, production support, aircraft modification and service difficulty support.
Manage tasks directly with supplier and internal client stakeholders.
Run root cause and safety analysis on in services issues.
Prepare and define Technical Requirement Documents and Engineering Technical Assessments
Evaluate vendor technical proposals and internal Program Change Requests
Review and approve vendor requirement specifications, design/ substantiation documentation.
Prepare technical reports to show compliance vis a vis the applicable certification requirement.
Support in-service aircraft by creating and reviewing engineering modification packages based on customer or regulatory change requests. Support Service Bulletin development.
Support in service aircraft fleet investigation by addressing in Service Difficulty Reports.
Requirements You hold a degree in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering.
You have experience working to integrate Pylon /Nacelle or Propulsion system development (3-6 years)
Knowledgeable with civil airworthiness FAR Part 25 regulations relating to the fuel system and have a working understanding of industry advisory material for applicable TCCA, EASA, and FAA certification requirements.
Familiar with Problem Reports (to document Root Cause, Immediate Failure Effect, Corrective Actions, Evidence)
Familiar with Technical content of Service Bulletins
Independent to manage tasks directly with supplier and client stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
