Project Coordinator – Infrastructure Division
Support the Project Manager in delivering complex civil infrastructure projects by coordinating planning, execution, project controls, and field operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day‑to‑day project execution by maintaining schedules, tracking progress, managing documentation, and coordinating activities between field and office teams.
Assist with project controls: cost tracking, forecasting, quantity verification, and productivity reporting; prepare updates and reports for clients and leadership.
Maintain drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and change orders; support change‑management activities throughout the lifecycle.
Support HSE & quality programs by maintaining records, supporting inspections, tracking corrective actions, and ensuring compliance.
Build strong stakeholder relationships – collaborate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and team members to ensure effective communication and successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Education:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years supporting civil, infrastructure, earthworks, utilities, transportation, industrial, or heavy construction projects.
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software; understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, contract administration, drawings/specifications, quantity tracking, and change‑management processes; strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
