Key Responsibilities:
• Execute wellness strategies and initiatives for health services
• Perform health surveillance programs and evaluations
• Address medical emergencies as per protocols




• Conduct fitness for work consultations and injury management
• Support disability case management and return-to-work programs

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in nursing
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum five years of relevant experience
• ITLS and CPR level C certification
• Experience in health surveillance testing
