Drive planning and administration at OEM Remanufacturing Company as an Exchange Planner. This position focuses on inventory management and salvage operations in Edmonton with a strong emphasis on customer relationships.

As a permanent Exchange Planner, you will manage the OEM Machine Shop and Welding areas. Your responsibilities will include reviewing salvage velocity and managing the salvage queue, all while ensuring timely fulfilment of customer demands. Collaboration with other production planners is key as you tackle challenges within the value stream and adjust plans to meet changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review daily RFA requirements and adjust plans accordingly
• Manage inventory of salvage supermarket and internal fabrication parts




• Communicate progress updates to the Network Salvage Planner
• Monitor flow of tags/parts to stay aligned with plans
• Generate regular asset backlog reports

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of planning or supply chain experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• OEM experience is a plus
