This full‑time, permanent opportunity is ideal for hands‑on operators with experience in grain facilities, grain terminals, pulse processing, or similar agricultural processing environments.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor conveyors, elevators, dryers, cleaners, and other processing equipment

Adjust grain flow to maintain efficiency and product quality

Receive raw materials and complete required documentation

Load finished product onto trucks or railcars

Unload and safely store incoming materials

Perform quality checks to ensure product cleanliness and consistency

Maintain production, inventory,



and maintenance records

Complete daily production logs and follow all safety procedures

Qualifications

Experience in a grain facility, grain elevator, pulse processing plant, terminal, or similar agricultural processing setting required

Experience operating industrial production equipment

Strong focus on safety, quality, and attention to detail

Ability to follow procedures, complete documentation, and work effectively in a team

Knowledge of safety regulations within grain or agricultural processing

Technical aptitude with machinery, equipment, and computer‑based reporting systems

Forklift, skid steer, or loader experience is an asset

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills strongly preferred
