In this in office and full-time role, you will lead fleet operations, prioritize compliance, and oversee maintenance budgets. Your leadership will be pivotal in promoting a safety-focused culture and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure high performance in service delivery and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the fleet maintenance operations and schedules
• Manage budgets related to fleet procurement and operations
• Cultivate a strong safety culture within the team
• Provide strategic direction for regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and lead continuous improvement projects

Requirements:
• Valid BC Certificate of Trades Qualification in Mechanics
• 3-5 years of related supervisory experience
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
• Strong technical knowledge of fleet systems
• Proven communication and relationship-building skills
