In this role, you will take charge of the financial operations of the plant, ensuring all processes comply with regulations while maintaining efficiency. With a focus on strategic financial analysis, you’ll provide insights into the facility’s performance and guide management in making informed decisions. Leverage your expertise in compliance audits and internal controls to protect the company’s assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial statements and month-end closing processes
• Explain P&L; variances and monitor operational KPIs




• Enhance financial forecast development and annual budget management
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental policies
• Lead external audits and coordinate tax filings

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Robust financial analytical skills
• Knowledge of Canadian GAAP
