In this role, located at either the Redwater or Fort Saskatchewan facility, you will lead training initiatives across Nutrien's Canadian Nitrogen operations. Your responsibilities will include developing effective training content, mentoring a dedicated team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Engage with various stakeholders to meet business needs and uphold corporate learning standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement effective technical training solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training priorities




• Lead and coach the training team for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with governmental and corporate training guidelines
• Oversee the apprenticeship program and site training memberships

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education in adult learning
• 10+ years of experience in industry, 3+ in supervisory roles
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational capabilities
• Proficient in written communication and software applications
• Knowledge of LMS and computerized training tools
