Your role involves liaising with customers, resolving escalated quality issues, and leading cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. With over 5 years of experience, you will ensure strict compliance and maintain the highest quality standards throughout production and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve quality issues using problem-solving methodologies
• Lead cross-functional team meetings on root cause analysis
• Investigate product defects and substandard test results
• Prepare and submit PPAP documents for new parts
• Manage internal and external calibration activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years in automotive manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and advanced problem-solving techniques
• Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes
• Willingness to travel for customer visits
