Reporting directly to the Controller, the Assistant Controller plays an significant role in supporting the organization's financial operations while partnering closely with leaders across Production, Procurement, Sales, Engineering, and other operational teams.
This role offers an excellent balance of technical accounting, financial analysis, process improvement, and operational involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works not just reporting on the numbers.

Responsibilities Supporting the month-end, quarter-end,
and year-end close processes
Preparing journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, and working papers
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

You will likely bring CPA designation
3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
