We are recruiting a skilled Night Shift Foreman for our team at OCL Group. This role involves overseeing various construction projects during night shifts, optimizing team performance, and maintaining production schedules. You will also interact closely with clients and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure smooth project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field operations in compliance with safety standards
• Manage project scopes to achieve timely milestone completion
• Optimize daily task assignments for maximum site productivity




• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management
• Coordinate with clients to resolve technical issues efficiently

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Foreman experience in industrial projects
• Strong background in Oil & Gas facilities preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings and schedules
• Excellent communication and client relations skills
• Drug test clearances and valid license required
