Key Responsibilities

Champion the design of scalable Android applications

Enforce coding standards and architectural guidelines

Mentor and guide junior Android developers

Participate in Agile sprint ceremonies

Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements

8+ years of Android app development experience

Expertise in Kotlin, Java, and Android SDK

Familiarity with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, and MVI

Experience in CI/CD and automated testing frameworks

Proven ability to lead offshore/onshore teams
