As Tooling Manager, you will be responsible for leading the tooling department, ensuring that all employees are trained and following safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and mentor tooling staff to meet standards
• Enforce Health & Safety regulations rigorously
• Manage training and current employee orientation
• Track and ensure accuracy of time clock records
• Perform and oversee machine maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or CAEC
• Tool and Die License certification required
• Five years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
• Two years' leadership experience in relevant roles
• Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Plex
