Suncor is seeking a skilled Projects Advisor to support upcoming growth projects at Firebag. With a minimum of 7-10 years in SAGD plant operations, you’ll ensure the readiness of growth initiatives through effective project planning and collaboration. Your role is crucial in fostering communication among teams and delivering operational readiness during each project phase.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Firebag project readiness using OEMS and DAMP processes
• Collaborate with existing operations to integrate lessons learned




• Develop detailed project plans focusing on Operations deliverables
• Engage with EPC’s to achieve project objectives
• Support Production Unit teams to align project scope

Requirements:
• Minimum 7-10 years in SAGD plant operations
• Power Engineering Certificate or relevant Degree
• Experience at Firebag strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of asset management principles
• Proven capacity to lead cross-functional teams
