Wage: $45.49 per hour (full-time 40 hours) + perks according to LiUNA Local 183 collective agreement
Location of Work: Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Province of Ontario
Job Description: Apply weatherproof, decorative covering of Portland cement to outside building surfaces, using hand tools
Apply various coats of material, decorative final or finish coat mixing and proportioning cement, mortar, plaster and stucco
Mix a variety of concrete, plaster and stucco depending on application
Clean and prepare surfaces
Erect and install scaffolds
Follow safety practices associated with the tools and work practices
Perform primary duties with minimal supervision or technical directions
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
Maintain effective working relationship with others
Ability to perform heavy physical labour
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Physically demanding; Handling heavy loads; Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.
