In this Contracts Manager position, you will oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of major projects, ensuring team-oriented execution among contractors and stakeholders. Your role will include managing claims and disputes while driving compliance with safety and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and execute EPC contracts to successful delivery
• Negotiate contracts and address claims and disputes
• Monitor logistics and manage interfaces across contractors




• Ensure alignment between project execution and contractual obligations
• Support continuous improvement in claims and commercial management

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Commerce, or similar field
• At least 15 years of experience in major EPC projects
• Extensive knowledge of marine construction and claims management
• Familiarity with heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Contract Management certification is a plus
