Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates at all project stages
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for all components
• Analyze and solicit bids from trade contractors
• Create and compile tender documents accurately
• Identify and assess potential estimating risks

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
• 10-12+ years in high-rise residential estimating
• Proven expertise in relevant estimating software
• Knowledge of construction contract implications
• Proficient in analyzing architectural specifications
