This role invites confident internists to provide consults in the busy emergency department while overseeing the 4 bed High Acuity Unit. You will have opportunities to engage in various specialties, including cardiology and respirology, with minimal competition and high autonomy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inpatient care and consults in the ER
• Oversee the High Acuity Unit and support acute services
• Engage in procedures including stress testing and ECG




• Participate in teaching opportunities for medical education
• Share on-call duties on a 1:4 rotation covering HAU

Requirements:
• Confidence in managing complex comorbidities
