What You’ll Drive

Full ownership of daily plant operations, ensuring production targets and customer commitments are consistently met

Smarter, faster workflows through optimized labour planning, equipment utilization, and waste reduction

A relentless focus on product quality, on‑time delivery, and cost‑effective manufacturing

KPI‑driven decision‑making, with proactive corrective actions to keep performance at its peak

A safety‑first environment where compliance, training, and accountability are embedded in every process

A high‑performing team through strong leadership—hiring, coaching, developing, and evaluating talent

Budget oversight, inventory management, and supply chain coordination to support operational goals





Strategic collaboration with senior leadership on forecasting, long‑range planning, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

5–10 years of plant or operations management experience within manufacturing

Working within a unionized environment

A proven ability to lead, motivate, and elevate teams in rapid‑paced environments

Strong command of production planning, cost control, and quality assurance

Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and safety regulations

A mindset that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership and a drive for operational excellence
