Job Description
What you will do
Research and build new vulnerability prioritization models, run simulations to test approaches, and validate enhancements that improve how we manage security risk
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines that transform vulnerability data into insights supporting risk assessments, client reporting, and regulatory requirements
Partner with leadership team to translate risk priorities into technical data solutions
Collaborate with cybersecurity, compliance, and audit stakeholders to support reporting and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiencies
Document technical solutions, data models, and development standards to support knowledge sharing and consistency
What you need to succeed
Must-have
Strong hands-on experience with databases and data querying (e.g., SQL or similar)
Experience working with large complex datasets and performing advanced data analysis
Proficiency in programming languages used for data analysis and automation (e.g., Python, R, or similar)
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database performance optimization
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
Nice-to-have
Experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or security analytics
Familiarity with vulnerability management platforms and security data
Experience supporting audit, compliance, or regulatory reporting initiatives
Experience building analytical models or running simulations to evaluate business or security outcomes
Knowledge of software development best practices
Experience working with Data platforms i.e. Snowflake and Databricks
