Grainger is seeking a dedicated Tool Crib Attendant for a 12-month contract role. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service at the counter, restocking shelves, and managing inventory systems. You'll also maintain a clean and secure crib area while following all safety protocols to enhance the efficiency of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Restock shelves and accurately count inventory
• Manage incoming goods and maintain an organized crib area
• Conduct cycle counts per schedule and maintain information systems
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols in the crib area
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong general tool knowledge required
• Customer service experience strongly desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
