We are growing quickly and seeking skilled Site Framers to install prefabricated floor and wall systems. In this role, you will guide site logistics, operate tools, and provide mentorship. You'll need a robust understanding of building codes and the ability to interpret blueprints accurately to ensure our projects meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finish framing of pre-built structures on site
• Examine blueprints for accurate project layouts
• Collaborate on site logistics and craning
• Maintain workplace safety protocols
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of framing experience in residential settings
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
• Ability to work in hazardous environments
