The GDI Ainsworth team seeks a dedicated specialist to support health, safety, and environmental compliance in the construction sector. You will implement HSE systems and assist with incident reporting, while conducting audits and risk assessments. Collaborating with leaders will drive improvements and maintain industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement regional HSE management systems and standards
• Conduct audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Manage environmental compliance and waste management
• Provide training on HSE policies and standards
• Monitor fleet safety and preventative maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in HSE in construction
• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety/Environmental
• Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Acts
• Familiarity with COR and ISO HSE standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
