Key Responsibilities:
• Coach employees on financial fitness for members
• Actively seek new business opportunities for growth
• Ensure the branch meets or exceeds financial targets
• Encourage referrals to our wealth services and partners
• Follow loss prevention procedures and policies
Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in retail banking
• At least 3 years as a Financial Advisor
• Comprehensive understanding of credit and lending
• Relevant post-secondary finance education preferred
• IFIC certification is advantageous
