We are recruiting for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the industrial sector in a hybrid work setting in Penticton, British Columbia.

A typical day:
- Lead electrical design for low, medium, and high voltage systems
- Conduct power system studies including load flow, arc flash, and harmonics
- Develop control schemes,
relay settings, and protection logic
- Manage projects including schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and compliance documentation
- Mentor EITs and support team development through coaching
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering with P.Eng designation required
- Bring 7–20 years of experience in power systems or utility engineering
- Demonstrate proficiency with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower or similar tools
- Exhibit strong understanding of protective relays and control systems
- Apply knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and IEEE standards
- Show proven project management and client engagement experience
