Step into a pivotal role as a Systems Analyst focused on Technical Support. Based in either Ottawa or Vancouver, you'll use your technical acumen in integrated building technologies to resolve critical issues.
This role requires extensive knowledge in CCTV, Access Control, and Intercom systems. You will diagnose complex issues while providing exceptional support to property managers and building staff. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize service and improve systems based on performance analysis.
