In this permanent position, you will report to the Health Services Manager in the Cardiovascular Perfusion Department. Your work will involve performing cardiopulmonary bypass procedures, IABP therapy, and supporting complex surgeries, including liver transplants. This unique role allows you to gain extensive experience across both adult and pediatric settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cardiopulmonary bypass procedures for surgeries
• Support IABP therapy for cardiac patients
• Assist in multidisciplinary procedures, including liver transplants




• Maintain competencies in complex perfusion techniques
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in high-acuity settings

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Perfusion Technology program
• Certification with the Canadian Society of Clinical Perfusion
• Experience with adult and pediatric bypass procedures preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies
• Interest in research and quality assurance is an asset
