As part of Artemis Gold, BW Gold is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor with extensive warehouse experience, preferably in mining or energy sectors. You will ensure safety standards are upheld, oversee inventory management, and facilitate communication with cross-functional teams. Supporting employee development will be key to fostering a productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address and enforce safety standards effectively
• Maintain efficient warehouse staffing and operations
• Ensure accurate inventory control and documentation




• Collaborate with project managers and environmental teams
• Assist with employee training and development pathways

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management
• Technical certification in warehouse operations
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Solid negotiation and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
