Building dreambackyards for customers which includes but is not limited to:Retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod install,paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, plantingetc.

Framing and finishcarpentry, experience with composite decking, fences both customand prefab, basic formwork, and able to work quickly whilemaintaining a high level of quality

A driver'slicense who are comfortable driving pickup trucks. A license isnot mandatory but is preferred.

Ability to drivetrailer, 10-14ft

Proven experienceas a Carpenter, preferably in landscape construction or relatedfield.

Proficiency incarpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, shaping, andassembling.

Knowledge ofvarious wood types, their properties, and best practices foroutdoor use.

Ability to readand interpret landscape design plans and blueprints.

Ability to work onthefly – sometimes construction diagrams are not available- wewant you to use your imagination and betterjudgement.

Robust attentionto detail and a commitment to delivering high-qualityworkmanship.

Excellentproblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to projectchallenges.

Physical fitnessand stamina to handle the demands of outdoor carpentrywork.

Solidunderstanding of safety procedures and practices.

Effectivecommunication skills and the ability to work collaboratively ina team environment.





Preferablyproficient in multiple aspects of the industry(But we'rewilling to train the right candidate)

Responsibilities: Interpretlandscape design plans and blueprints to understand projectrequirements.

Perform skilledcarpentry work, including cutting, shaping, and assembling woodand other materials to construct outdoor structures.

Install and repairfences, decks, arbors, pergolas, and other landscapefeatures.

Collaborate withthe landscaping team to ensure the seamless integration ofcarpentry elements into the overall design.

Think creativelyto come up with solutions on-site to make a project come tolife.

Adhere to safetyprotocols and maintain a clean and organized workarea.

Utilize varioushand and power tools effectively and safely.

Maintain toolsand equipment in excellent working condition.

Ensure timelycompletion of projects while meeting qualitystandards.
