Key Responsibilities:
• Provide practical HR support and guidance to leaders
• Manage employee relations matters and investigations




• Coach supervisors on HR practices and performance management
• Collaborate on labour relations and collective agreement administration
• Prepare HR communications for diverse employee groups

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources
• Completed or in progress CHRP, CHRL, or CPHR designation
• 4-6 years of HR experience
• Proven experience in unionized settings required
• Ability to travel across Canada for site support
