Key Responsibilities:
• Scope and estimate restoration projects using Xactimate
• Manage claims from emergency response to completion




• Coordinate with internal teams, adjusters, and contractors
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Identify opportunities for improved service efficiency

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of restoration experience
• Proficient in Xactimate and MS Office
• IICRC certifications required
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• Solid organizational and time management skills
