Become the Executive Assistant for ‘Na̱mg̱is First Nation, streamlining council activities and enhancing community relations. This role blends administrative and communications expertise.

Reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will manage Council meetings and documentation while ensuring a high standard of professionalism. Your role is crucial in connecting various stakeholders and facilitating a well-organized governance model. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented individuals committed to supporting Indigenous governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the logistics of Council meetings
• Capture and distribute precise meeting minutes promptly
• Handle all forms of inquiries with care




• Assist in organizing stakeholder and community meetings
• Coordinate travel for Council members efficiently

Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma plus administrative qualifications
• At least two years of office administration experience
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office tools
• Outstanding written and communication skills
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and nurture relationships
