In this full-time role, the Specialist Operational Incident Response Desk becomes the first point of contact for operational and engineering incidents. You will assess, coordinate, and resolve issues while managing a variety of emergency situations. Skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and effective communication will support our commitment to safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage incident intake, triage, and documentation
• Coordinate responses to various operational emergencies




• Monitor workforce availability and compliance
• Provide technical support to stakeholders
• Analyze incident trends to recommend corrective actions

Requirements:
• High School Graduation or General Equivalency
• Rotate 7/24 shift schedule including holidays
• Robust conflict management and decision-making skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in emergencies
• Fluency in French, English, or Spanish is an asset
